Application of turbine drill in deep hole section of West Sichuan

目前川西深井钻井面临的主要问题是在须四、须三井段机械钻速不高,通过螺杆+PDC钻头、空气钻井等新工艺技术仍未能达到预期的效果。通过分析涡轮及孕镶金钢石钻头的主要性能,提出采用高转速涡轮+自锐孕镶金钢石钻头配套技术来解决川西深井钻井所面临的问题。同时,提出了相关的技术措施、施工方案及经济性评价。
At present the main problem of deep drilling is that the rate of penetration is not high at the fourth section and the third section
of Xujiahe Formation in West Sichuan. The expected effect is not acquired through the screw rod with PDC bit, air drilling and other
new technology. The necessary technology, which combines the high rotary speed turbine with the diamond impregnated bit, is put
forward to solve the deep drilling problems encountered in West Sichuan. At the same time, the paper proposes the relevant
technical measures, operation plans and the economic evaluation methods.
