摘要
青西油田志留系推覆体厚度达1 500~4 000 m,可钻性级值在7~9级,地层倾角高达37~75°,严重的井斜使得井壁极易跨塌。为了解决井斜超标、机械钻速慢的难题,试验和应用了高刚性强钟摆钻具防斜、偏轴接头、牙轮钻头复合钻井、MWD复合导向钻井、空气(充气)钻井及Power V垂直钻井等技术,提高了钻井速度,保证了井身质量和井下安全。
Abstract
The thickness of Silurian nappe reaches 1500-4000m in Qingxi Oilfield and the drillability grade is 7-9. The angle of
formation is 37毅-75毅. The well deviation and fall are severe. A high-rigid pendulum stem anti-deviation technology袁eccentric axis
joint袁compound drilling used rock bit袁MWD compounding steering drilling袁air filling drilling and Power-V vertical drilling
techniques are used during the test in order to solve the problems of well deviation superstandard and low rate of penetrate. The
drilling speed is improved and the downhole safety is ensured.
