摘要
川东北地区钻井井漏发生频繁、损失大,同时由于构造分布地域广,地质情况复杂,造成井漏发生的多样性。随着重点勘探区域的转向,井漏复杂程度增加,治理难度加大。在分析川东北地区井漏治理方案及治理技术难点后,提出造成严重影响钻井的井漏主要是大裂缝或溶洞恶性井漏和长段低压恶性井漏两大类。要解决这类井漏问题,除常规的桥浆堵漏、水泥浆堵漏和清水强钻外,还必须发展凝胶堵漏、气体钻井治漏及微泡沫钻井治漏等多种综合技术,以降低井漏损失,提高钻井效率。
Abstract
The lost circulation occurs frequently during drilling and the loss is great in Northeast Sichuan Area. The structural distribution
has a great region and the geological situation is complex in the area, which creates the multiplicity of lost circulation . Moreover, the
complex degree of lost circulation is increased and the administration difficulty is increased with the change of main exploration
area. The paper puts forward the reasons of lost circulation, mainly including the severe lost circulation caused by macrofractures
and caves and the severe lost circulation caused by long section and low pressure after analyzing the open questions. The various
comprehensive technologies of lost circulation prevention, such as gel plugging, lost circulation prevention of gas drilling and micro
foam drilling, must be developed to reduce the circulation loss and to increase the drilling efficiency besides the ordinary bridging
fluid plugging, cement slurry plugging and clear water drilling.
