摘要
深层稠油在油藏条件下具有一定的流动能力,但在井筒中的流动阻力却很大,造成生产困难。套管掺稀油工艺通过套管掺轻烃与从地层产出的稠油进行混合,使得井筒中的混合液保持较低黏度,减小井筒流动阻力。针对深层稠油油藏的特点,分析了套管掺稀油温度场和黏度场,计算了沿井筒环空和油管 内的流体温度分布。计算结果表明,套管掺稀油工艺能有效地提高井筒温度,降低原油黏度,是一种适合于深层稠油的举升方式。
Abstract
The deep heavy oil has the definite flow capacity under the reservoir conditions. But the flow resistance is great in bore hole, resulting in the difficulties of oil production. The casing doping thin oil technology makes the mixing fluid in borehole retain a lower viscosity in order to reduce the flow resistance in borehole through the casing doping light hydrocarbon and the heavy oil produced from reservoirs. In view of the characteristics of deep heavy oil reservoir, the temperature field and the viscosity field of casing doping thin oil are studied in this paper. The calculation results refer to the fluid temperature distribution in the annulus space along bore hole and in oil tube. The calculated results show that the casing doping thin oil technology can effectively increase the borehole temperature and can decrease the crude oil viscosity, which is suitable for the lifting of deep heavy oil.
