Controlling technique of deep production profile with permeability-increasing cement

永66-41井是永安油田永66断块构造高点的一口关键井,具有储层埋藏浅、高孔、高渗、非均质性严重、层内易形成大孔道而导致水淹的特点,2006年12月20日因高含水出砂造成供液不足而停产。针对常规砾石充填防砂工艺只能防砂不能控水、综合效益较差的矛盾,利用增渗水泥封堵层内高渗透条带,对层内非均质性进行调控后,配合使用砾石充填防砂工艺,施工取得同工同层条件下“两降一增一稳”的“控水稳砂增油”好效果。措施后,恢复产能3.17 t,选值增油量2.04 t·d-1,降水量24.5 m3·d-1,平均含水率下降8.1%,动液面稳定在634~622.1 m。截至2007年12月25日,已连续生产315 d,累积生产原油826.86 t,累积增油量470.91 t。该技术在永66-41井的成功应用,为同类油藏的挖潜增效提供了新的技术和思路,具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Well Yong 66-41 is a key well of structural high in Block Yong 66 of Yongan Oilfield. The reservoir is characterized by the shallow burial, high porosity, high permeability, severe nonhomogeneity. The large capacity channels are easily formed, which can lead to the waterflooding. The production stopped because of the insufficient fluid production force caused by high water content and sand production on December 20, 2006. In view of the deficiency of the conventional gravel packing sand control technique, we conduct the regulation and control for the intrafromational heterogeneity by using the permeability-increasing cement to block up the high permeability zone. We obtained a good effect of controlling water content and sand production and increasing the production under the condition of same parameters and formations. After the measure, the productivity of 3.17t has resumed in the well, increasing the oil production rate 2.04t and decreasing the water content 24.5m3 per day. The average water content has been decreased by 8.1%. So far, the oil production rate has summed to 826.86t and the total increased oil production reached 470.91t by December 25, 2007. The technology provides the precious experience for the development for same reservoirs.
