摘要
应用美国M illipo re切向流超滤系统, 建立了超滤浓缩恒重的方法, 消除了产出
液中盐等杂质的影响, 准确测定了见聚油井产出液中聚合物的质量浓度、相对分子质量和水解
度。对孤岛油田5口见聚油井注入与产出聚合物进行了对比研究, 发现聚合物在注入及地层
渗流过程中相对分子质量和水解度发生明显变化, 对同时注聚的见聚油井来说, 见聚时间越
晚、层位越深、井距越大, 聚合物在地下受到的降解和水解作用越严重。
Abstract
Applying Amer ican millipo re b iopro cess d iv ision, the m ethod of stra in ing, deaeration, extraction, filtration, constant we ight has been estab lished in this paper, wh ich can determ ine the concen tra tion of HPAM accurate ly and elim ina te the interferences o f sa lt and o ther im pur ities on the resu lts of its re lative m olecular we ight and degree of hydro lys is. The contrast research has been pe rfo rm ed on the injected and produced po lym er in six po lym er flood ing o il w e lls of Gudao fie ld, ind ica ting that the physical and chem ica l charac teristics o f the polym er have changed ev idently during the process of injection and flow in the form ation. In add ition, in term of producing w e ll in jecting po lyme r a t the same tim e, the later the tim e o f po lym er produced is, the deeper the laye r is and the longer the spac ing of w e lls is, the m ore ser ious the deg radation and hydro lys is o f po lym er are.
