油气井出砂给油气井的正常生产及各种采油、采气工艺的开展带来很多麻烦, 轻
则迫使气井停产, 重则会使气井报废。为了保证气井正常生产, 确定合理工作制度, 在气固两
相流理论基础上, 研究了砂粒在气流中的沉降规律, 计算了临界流速及临界气量, 利用现场数
据对计算结果进行分析验证, 效果较好, 为更好地解决气井出砂问题、保证正常生产提供了科
学依据。
Sand flow ing of o il w ell or gas w ell has som e bad
influences on the production and techno logy. M o re severely,
it can destroy thew e l.l In order to assure the production and
to design rational wo rk system, th is paper studies the sand
go-dow n regu la tion in current and ca lcu la tes the cr itica l
ve locity and critical vo lum e based on two-phase flow ing
theory. A t the sam e tim e, th is pape r ver ifies the ca lculated
resu lt by fie ld data, w hich can so lve the sand-carry ing
prob lem of gas w ell and prov ide a scien tific ev idence for the
gas production.
