摘要
油井出砂已经成为困扰疏松油藏生产的一个严重问题, 科学有效地进行出砂预
测对于指导油田高效开发具有重要意义。文中分析了油井生产过程中的出砂机理, 给出了判
断出砂的临界压降模型, 进而推导出临界流量模型。该模型反映近井筒压降与地层拉伸应力
和黏结力变化的关系, 对制定油井合理的生产制度具有一定的指导作用。
Abstract
Sand produc tion in o il w e ll has becom e a serious prob lem fo r unconso lidated reservo ir production. It is o f g reat im po rtance to sc ientifically and e ffective ly predict sand production for guid ing the effective production in the oilfie ld. Th is pape r presents am ode l to de term ine the cr itica l pressure draw down based on relating the near w ellbore pressure draw down to the tens ile and cohesive strength of form ation by analyzing sand production m echan ism. The m odel is profitab le to m ake system for o il production .
