气井井下节流工艺是将节流器置于油管的适当位置来实现井下节流调压, 利用
地热对节流后的天然气加热, 改变天然气水合物的生成条件, 对防止水合物生成起到了积极作
用。文中建立了气井井下节流压降温降以及节流后地层加热过程的数学模型, 以苏里格气田
某井为例, 应用自制气井井筒动态分析软件, 对比分析了井下节流与地面节流水合物生成与携
液情况。井下节流大幅降低水合物的生成温度, 有效解决了气井积液的生产技术难题。
Downho le choke techno logy is to adjust downho le
pressure through insta lling the choke in an appropr iate
position on the tube. The gas flow ing through the choke is
heated up by the g eo therm and the cond itions of g as hydrate
form ation changes so as to effec tive ly prevent gas hydrate
form ation. In th is article them athem atica lm ode ls of pressure
drop, tem pe rature drop and form ation heating process after
choke are proposed. The autho rs takes the gas w e ll SU39-14-
2 as an examp le and takes the comparative ana lysis of the
genera te conditions and liqu id storage by using the se l-fm ade
w e llbore dynam ic ana lytical softw are. The results show that
dow nho le choke techno logy can reduce drastica lly the
tem pera ture of hydra te form ing, and e ffective ly so lve the
liqu id loading problem s of gas we l.l It can avo id the
genera tion of hydrate through phys ica l m ethods and is m ore
favorab le and econom ical than a lcohol in jec tion.
