我国东部注水开发后期油田的高含水油井普遍存在修井作业中修井液漏失问
题。分析了解决这一问题的现有技术方法, 研制生产了新型水溶性修井暂堵材料GLB, 讨论
了合成条件和应用条件对新型水溶性修井暂堵材料GLB性能的影响。新型水溶性修井暂堵
材料GLB为高弹性不规则颗粒, 可以迅速暂堵漏失地层, 具有在水中能够迅速降解并溶解、降
解溶解后残渣少的特点, 体系黏度低, 修井作业后产量恢复快。在大港油田进行了44口井现
场试验, 试验效果良好。
Flu id o ften has leakage in produc ing zone o f high wa ter
cut produc tion w ells during the rem ed ia l and stimu la ting
operations. In orde r to so lve th is problem, a new wa terso
lub le tem po rar ily plugg ing ag ent is prepared . This agen t is
p lastic irregu la r pa rtic le and can be d isso lved in w ater in 3
days, so it can p lug producing zone w ithout fo rma tion
dam age. It can also be carr ied w ith HPAM or guar so lution in
fie ld app lication. In the forty- four tests, 13 w ells are
successfu,l 33 of them get m ore production than the
production before.
