长庆气田部分气井出现不同程度的井底积砂现象, 对气井的正常生产和后期测
试产生了一定影响。针对这种情况, 提出了采用连续油管高黏度液体携砂、氮气循环顶替欠平
衡注入段塞式冲砂技术。经榆林、苏里格气田现场3口井试验, 冲砂作业时间短, 对储层伤害
小, 为低压、低产气井冲砂作业提供了一种新途径。
The phenom enon of sand invasion in m any gas w ells has
an in fluence on the no rm al produc tion and the testing of
Changq ing gas field. This paper puts fo rw ard a underba lance
injection sand w ashing technique w ith high v iscosity fluid
ca rry ing sand and n itrogen c irculate d isplacing. Through the
tests in three w e lls o f Yu lin and Sulige gas fie ld, the
technique costs little wo rk tim e and has sma ll dam age fo r
reservo ir. The re fo re, this techn ique can prov ide a new path
for sand w ashing operation in low-pressure and str ipper gas
well
