地面驱动螺杆泵采油系统近年在油田应用数量逐步增多, 随之而来的抽油杆管
偏磨现象也日趋严重, 制约了油田生产。针对这种情况, 全面分析了螺杆泵杆管偏磨机理, 并
提出了防治偏磨的一些有效措施, 包括坐封控制及使用旋转锚替代坐封, 合理使用扶正器及其
下放位置计算方法, 采用合理的转速, 缩小杆径及使用连续抽油杆等。
As m ore and mo re production we lls adopt progressive
cav ity pump, the eccentr ic w ear of the rod becomes ser ious
and restra ins the produc tion of o ilfie ld. Th is paper analyses the
eccentricw ear of production w ell by adopting prog ressive cav ity
pump and g ives some proposa ls to preven t and cure the
eccentric w ear of the rod, wh ich inc ludes controlling the
setting fo rce and using the revo lv ing anchor instead of setting,
using the center ing device correctly and defin ing the right
position in the w el,l adopting the ro tate speed reasonab ly,
using the continuous rod and reduc ing the diam eter o f the rod
