小井眼与常规井眼的钻井工艺有较大差异, 提高小井眼钻井速度有很大的实际
意义。通过对小尺寸动力钻具局限性的研究, 对小井眼钻具组合进行了优选, 并且考虑小井眼
的工作特点, 为了使小井眼钻井钻头在井底达到最佳工作状态, 通过理论计算, 确定最优钻井
参数, 以达到机械钻速最佳。
There are the b igger d ifferences betw een slim ho le
dr illing techno logy and routine boreho le dr illing techno logy.
Improv ing o f slim hole drilling speed is of an im po rtan t actua l
significance. This artic le studied the lim itation of the sma llsize
dr iv ing force drilling too ,l and carr ied out se lec tion of
dr illing too l com b ination of slim hole, and considered the
w ork ing character istic o f slim ho le. The optimum drilling
param eters are ascerta ined by theoretica l ca lcu la tion to m ake
the slim ho le bit reach the best w ork ing cond ition in bo ttom
ho le in orde r to ach ieve the optimum ra te of penetration.
