摘要
针对西峰油田油井结蜡严重的问题, 分析了影响油井结蜡的因素, 介绍了油井机械自动清蜡装置、强磁防蜡器、自能热洗清蜡机及化学防蜡等工艺。现场应用结果证明, 这4项清防蜡工艺能有效解决西峰油田的清防蜡问题。
Abstract
Pa ra ffin deposit is very serious in producers due to gasloss
in X ifeng O ilfield. The paper ana lyses the factors
influenc ing pa ra ffin deposit. Several k inds of w ax rem ova l
techno log ies were introduced, such as autom atic w ax rem ova l
techno logy, strong magnetic w ax techno logy, etc. W ith these
techno log ies be ing used, the effec ts o f paraffin inh ib ition and
w ax remova l have been im proved efficien tly in X ifeng
O ilfie ld.
