油管清洗是油管修复工艺的关键工序, 清洗的质量不仅对后续工序产生重要影响, 还关系到作业施工的质量。文中探讨了油管修复中常用的几种清洗工艺的系统组成、工作原理和特点, 指出了现行工艺存在的问题, 并从清洗效果、经济、环保等方面进行了综合评价。分析认为射流清洗技术具有很好的发展潜力。在此基础上提出了2种优化的清洗技术, 这些技术具有减少环境污染, 改善工作条件, 提高生产率, 节约能源等优点。

is done. Je tting clean ing techno logy is thought to hav e
developm ent potentia.l Two optim ized c leaning m eans are put
forw ard acco rd ing to the ana lysis, th is techno logy has m any
m er its, such as reducing circum stance po llution, improv ing
w ork ing conditions, increasing productiv ity and econom izing
energy sources.
