摘要
针对低压易水敏油层, 以生物毒性低、闪点高的矿物油( 5#白油)为外相, 海水为内相, 采用复配型油溶性表面活性剂作为乳化剂, 研制了油包水乳化修井液, 并对其性能进行了评价, 同时对其回收利用途径进行了探索。试验结果表明, 该修井液具有密度低、抗温稳定性能好、储层保护效果好等特点, 且可转化为油基钻井液进行再利用, 降低了成本。
Abstract
Inverted emu ls ionW o rkover flu id w as dev eloped fo r low
- pressure reservoir or / and w ate r- sensitive reservo ir, wh ich
outside phase is low tox ic ity and h igh flash po int m ineral o il
( No. 5 wh ite o il), and inside phase is sea w ate r, and
emu lsifier is a comb ination o il - so lub le surfactan ts. Its
perform ance w as eva luated and its recyc ling appro ach w as
explored in the paper. Test resu lts indicated that w orkover
flu id possesses the prope rty param eters such as low density,
the rma l stab ility, low reservo ir dam ag e. The used w orkover
flu id would be transferred to o il- based dr illing flu id in o rder
to save the cost.
