摘要

古地理学的理论发展和相关的技术进步为推动中国油气资源勘探开发起到了不可替代的作用, 中国含油气盆地的油气勘探表明, 岩相古地理控制了油气成藏的基本要素组合和油气资源的分布, 地层和岩性圈闭的发育和分布受控于古地理条件的改变。目前, 岩相古地理学在向着定量化、精细化、综合化方向长足发展的同时, 仍然面临许多重大的理论和技术问题。阐述了岩相古地理学发展的现状, 认为多信息、多尺度、多元化和数字化的古地理研究是

未来的发展趋势。

Abstract

Theo ries deve lopm en t on lithofac ies pa leogeog raphy and
advance o f assoc iate techno logy p lay an important ro le in
hydrocarbon exp lo ration in Ch ina. Exper iences show
litho fac ies paleog eog raphy cond ition contro ls the fundamenta l
feature assem ble in hydrocarbon accum ulation to form
reservo ir and the d istribution of reserves. The deve lopm ent
and d istribution of stratig raph ic traps and litho log ic traps are
contro lled by the change o f litho facies pa leogeography
cond itions. Now adays, the developing trend in litho fac ies
pa laeogeog raph is to quantifica tion, scrutiny and integrate.
H ow ever, the re a re still m any hard problem s in theoris and
techno log ies. This paper rev iew s the present status of
litho fac ies pa leogeography and cons iders the m ulti -
inform ation, mu ltiscale, mu ltis- aspect and d ig itization to be
the dev elopment trend in lithofac ies pa leogeography.
