Peng la izhen gas pool in Luoda i gas field is a typ ica l
sha llow g as poo l w ith low perm eab ility- near compactness.
Average po rosity is 11. 47%, average pe rm eab ility is 2. 460 􀀁
10- 3 􀀁m2. Th is poo l is charac terized by m ed ium - strong
heterogene ity, m ajor types o f reservo ir space are intergranu lar
d isso lved pores and o rig ina l interg ranu la r pores, assem blage o f
pore throat exhibits m edium po re - fine throat and m edium
pore- m icro throa t. Accord ing to reservo ir litho logy and
petrophysics and in comb ination w ith productiv ity status, the
reservo ir is div ided into four types. On the basis o f reservo ir
eva luation and rese rves re - estim ation, using dynam ic and
sta tic data and in com b ina tion w ith the lithology, pore tex ture,
logg ing, testing and p ilot produc tion data, th is paper
introduces the econom ic index fo r reservo ir deve lopm ent and
production and sto rage capacity coe ffic ient as the d iv is ion
criter ion o f sto rage types. The rese rves o f Peng la izhen gas poo l
can be d iv ided into three types and the size and d istribution o f
near usab le reserves is po inted out as well
