Non - invasive drilling flu id is a new dr illing fluid
system prepared w ith add ition non - invasive additive into
conv entiona l drilling flu ids, and it can protect o il/gas
reservo ir. The drilling flu id m akes fu ll use of the particu lar
m ice lle struc ture o f its m a in add itive and has w ide - sized
d istr ibu tion and deform able prope rties. It can effective ly p lug
va rious perm eab le fo rm ation and can greatly im prove the
pressure bearing capab ility o f fo rm ation by increasing the
p lugg ing in tensity of inner filter cake, so the loss pressure and
fracture pressure g rad ient can be enhanced, the sa fe dens ity
w indow can be am plified, perm eab le fo rm ation and fracture
sha le are p lugged. Thus, the flu id and filtrate can not invade
the deep form ation so that the flu id filtrate is c lose to zero.
Therefore, the non - invasive dr illing flu ids have exce llent
property o f o il/ gas reservo ir pro tection. In th is paper, the non
- invasive dr illing flu ids composition, performance
characteristics, action m echanism and application deve lopm ent
at hom e and abroad are descr ibed in de tai.l In add ition, the
infiltration eva luation m ethod is introduced.
