摘要
综合录井技术在钻井作业过程中实时采集地质参数、钻井液参数、工程参数等信息, 进行快速数字化处理, 直观地展现随钻过程中的钻井情况, 并实时监测钻井事故。结合大庆地区的钻井工程实例, 重点阐述了综合录井技术在实时监测井漏、井涌、油气水侵、井塌、溜钻、顿钻、放空、卡钻、遇阻、刺钻具、刺泵、掉水眼、堵水眼、掉钻具等钻井事故中的重要作用。结果表明, 该技术在钻井作业过程中实时监测井下复杂情况的准确性较高。
Abstract
The compound logg ing techno logy can real tim e gather
the param ete rs o f drilling geology, flu id param eters and
eng inee ring, e tc. Its fast speeding dig ita liza tion is com pleted
to display the real drilling sta tus visually w hich can real tim e
m on itor the dr illing acc idents and predict it urgently. Th is
paper m a in ly sets forth the app lication of com pound logg ing
techno logy in dr illing acc idents, inc lud ing c irculation loss,
k ick, o il gas wa ter in flux, ho le slough ing, g lide dr illing, cab le
dr illing, unload ing, drill pipe sticking, encounter block,
puncture dr illing tool o r pum p, drop wa ter eye, b lock wa ter
eye and the fish troub le, etc. The result suggests tha t it can
rea l tim e mon ito r the com plica ted c ircum stances accurate ly in
the process o f w e ll dr illing operation. Th is paper a lso
analyzes the prob lem s ex isting in the com pound logg ing
techno logy.
