摘要
硫沉积是高含硫气藏有别于普通气藏的重要特征。硫沉积不仅影响气井产能,而且会对整个气藏的开发带来很多危害, 因此, 正确计算和预测不同条件下硫的溶解度具有十分重要的意义。鉴于高含硫气藏中硫沉积实验研究的难度, 针对硫的溶解与析出类似于超临界流体中溶质的溶解与萃取过程, 利用超临界流体相平衡模型中的压缩气体模型, 建立了关联和预测硫溶解度的热力学理论模型。在该模型中, 通过拟合回归硫在纯二氧化碳、甲烷和硫化氢气体中溶解度的实验结果, 得到了硫与这些气体组分的二元交互作用系数, 最后通过实例计算, 验证了模型的正确性和可靠性。
Abstract
Sulfur deposition be long s to the im por tant aspect in gas
reservo irw ith h igh sulfur content comparing w ith the common
gas reservo ir. The su lfur depos ition no t on ly impacts on the
gas w e ll produc tiv ity, but a lso can harm the gas reservo ir
developm ent and transpo rtation, so it is the most im portant to
accura tely ca lcu la te and predict the su lfu r so lub ility. The
process of su lfur so lub ility and deposition is sim ilar to the
so lub le so lub ility. A therm odynam ic m ode l is built to
co rre la te and predict the su lfu r so lubility using the compress
gas m ode l in super - critical fluid phase equ ilibrium. By
regress ing the exper imenta l results on the su lfur so lub ility in
pure carbon diox ide, m ethane and hydrogen su lfide, the
b inary interaction factors can be m ade betw een the sulfur and
gas com po sitions. F inally, the accuracy and re liab ility can be
m ade by the ac tua l examp les.
