摘要
目前, 中原油田钻井管具工程处积压大量的Φ127mm 反扣钻杆, 同时市场上急
需大批Φ127 mm 正扣钻杆, 如将现有的NC50左旋螺纹直接改成NC50右旋螺纹, 钻具接头长
度不符合标准要求。为解决这一难题, 在对石油钻具螺纹的各项参数进行分析的基础上, 设计
出NC48非标螺纹。通过在3个井队进行使用, NC48非标螺纹未发生因螺纹设计而造成的钻
具事故, 为今后类似的螺纹设计提供了基础。
Abstract
M any 127mm dr ill p ipes ( NC50 - LH ) are kept in the Drilling Tubular Too ls Eng ineer ing Company o f ZPEB now. H ow ever, the m arket needs urgen tly a large num ber o f such 127mm drill p ipes ( NC50). If cuttingNC50- LH thread in to NC50 thread d irec tly, the too l jo ints length of drill string isn t’ up to standard. In order to so lve th is prob lem, the autho r designs NC48 non- standard drill string threads based on the param eter ana lys is o f drill string threads. When they w ere used in fie ld by three dr ill team s, the dr ill string acc ident resu lted from thread design didn ’t happened, wh ich can prov ide a base fo r sim ilar thread design
