摘要
通过模拟酸化工艺, 对桩西采油厂长堤线、混合线和桩一线的原油在残酸存在前后乳状液破乳脱水的对比实验, 研究了残酸返排液对乳状液破乳的影响。实验结果表明, 残酸和原油形成的乳状液比正常情况更加难以破乳; 而且振动原油乳状液的强度越大或残酸加量
越多, 破乳将变得越困难。
Abstract
The e ffects of reac ted ac id flowback fluid on emu ls ion
w ith demu lsifier w ere studied by simu la ting ac id pro cess and
contrast exper im ents o f Changd i L ine, H unhe L ine and
Zhuangy i L ine emu ls ion under ac id and unac id cond itions in
Zhangx iO il Production Plant. The results show ed that it is
m ore difficult to demu lsify fo r the em ulsion o f reacted acid
and crude o i.l And the m ore stronger shaking crude o il
emu lsion or them ore reac ted acid dosage, the m ore difficult
dem ulsify. The reasons are ana lysed from the effec ts of
reacted ac id com position, the changes of interfac ial film and
emu lsion types on dem ulsifie r perform ance.
