 油藏储集层的非均质性是制约油田开发效果的重要因素，油田开发过程中出现的
层间干扰、单层突进、注采不平衡等矛盾都是由于储层的非均质性引起的。分析了储层微观和
宏观非均质的特征，对储层的孔隙和喉道类型及其结构参数进行了调查和研究，宏观上对储层
的层间非均质和平面非均质进行了描述，分析了储层非均质在开发过程中引起的现象，研究
了储层非均质对采收率、油层产能和剩余油分布的影响，对非均质矛盾提出了调节方案。对非
均质油田的开发和规划有一定的指导意义。

Reservoir heterogeneity is a very important element that
restricts oilfield development effectiveness. The contradictions
such as interlayer interference, monolayer breakthrough,
injection imbalance are all caused by reservoir heterogeneity.
This paper analyzes the macroscopic and microcosmic
reservoir characteristics, investigates the form and structural
parameter of pore and throat, and describes the interlayer
heterogeneity and the plane heterogeneity. And it proposes the
adjustment arrangement for the reservoir heterogeneity. The
research provides the direction for the development and
planning of oil field.
