Controlling measures of casing failure in Block B of
the southern First District

 结合南一区乙块地质特点及套损状况,提出在钻井过程中,以降压保压平衡压力
系统为核心总指导原则;钻前对区域地层压力进行先期调整,为钻井奠定坚实基础;钻井过程
中,以低压区控制压力下降速度、高压区控制压力回升速度为原则,优化5 项防护措施,确保南
一区乙块成功度过了钻井危险期;钻井结束后利用周期注水机理,通过强化综合调整措施,进
一步控制恢复过程中压力、含水率上升速度。通过采取以上措施,该区不但未发生新的成片套
损,而且平均钻1 口井仅影响产量115 t,自然递减为7.59%,创近几年来钻降影响水平新低,为
今后类似区块成功钻降提供了可靠的依据。
This paper proposes that the regional formation pressure
should be adjusted in advance before drilling to reduce
pressure, maintain pressure and balance pressure in order to
lay a firm foundation for drilling, combined with the casing
failure situation and the features of the second block in south
first area. We take the controlling of the pressure decline rate
in low pressure area, the controlling of the pressure build-up
rate in high pressure area as a principle. The five defending
measures have been optimized in order to insure the Block B
to get through the drilling danger period. The pressure and
water-cut increasing rate had been further controlled by using
the cyclic waterflooding mechanism after completing drilling
and through strengthening the comprehensive adjustment
measures. We have not find out any new casing failure in this
area by adopting the measures. The drilling affects the 115
tons of the production at drilling one well averagely and the
nature decline is 7.59 percent only. This provides a reliable
basis for the successful drilling of similar areas for the future.
