Optimization of suction parameter of pumping well
in low permeability reservoir from grey analytic
hierarchy process

 优化大庆西部外围低渗透油藏抽油井抽汲参数是经济有效开发油田的一项重要
工作。通过综合考虑供产协调、设备利用率和经济效益3 个指标,引进灰色关联度多层次方案
优化方法,建立完整的灰色评判模型,选取灰色评判指标集,以灰色关联分析法计算各参评对
象与最优指标集的各因素关联数,用指数标度的层次分析法(AHP)确定指标对总优化目标的权
重,然后求解加权灰色关联度,最后根据最大关联度原则,选定最优低渗透油藏有杆抽油井抽
汲参数方案组合。应用实例表明,参数优化后抽油井的系统效率得到了提高,同时也降低了综
合成本,提高了经济效益,说明该方法是低渗透油藏抽油井抽汲参数优化的一种有效方法。
It is an important development task to optimize the
suction parameters of pumping wells of western periphery part
lower permibility oil reservoir in Daqing Oilfield. A grey
synthetic decision making system with the use of all analytic
hierarchy process (AHP)is introduced to optimize the suction
parameters of pumping wells from three main aspects, which
were the supply assorting with production, equipment using
rate and economy benefit. The grey relational coefficients are
confirmed by grey relation analysis method. The factor weight
to general optimization target is caculated by the exponential
post AHP, and then the comprehensive evaluation index of
each combination project can be gotten by taking into accout
all factor values with the help of summation with weighted
method. Finally, the best suction parameters combination
project of pumping wells for lower permibility oil reservoir is
then obtained according to the rule of maximum grey relational
grade. It proves that this method is effective method for
optimizing the suction parameters of pumping wells in lower
permibility oil reservoir.
