摘要
针对川中油田原油含蜡量高和部分井因严重结蜡而致使热洗频繁、油井原油产
量低、检泵周期短等特点, 根据川中油田机抽井的实际井温,对中温的固体防蜡剂SN-2 进行了
室内研究及现场应用。结果表明,固体防蜡剂SN-2 在井下释放速度较慢,能满足长时间下井要
求,最佳加量为单井出液量的0.015%~0.02%,同时对原油具有一定的降黏作用,在川中油田机
抽井的应用取得了良好的效果。
Abstract
This article introduced the present situation of wax
containing during the crude oil production in Chuanzhong oilgas
field as well as the solid paraffin control mechanism.
Combinating with the application of solid paraffin control
technology in other fields and taking into account the present
paraffin control situation in Chuanzhong oil-gas field, we bring
in the solid paraffin control technology. We mostly have
investigated the performance evaluation of solid paraffin
inhibitor(SN),including the following four aspects:the analysis
of sediment , the dissolution release rate and appraisal of solid
paraffin inhibitor, the evaluation test, the influence on the oil
properties.The experimental result indicates that the release
rate of the solid paraffin inhibitor is slow and that it can satisfy
the requests in the well for a long time;The prime dosage of
paraffin inhibitor is 0.015% ~ 0.02% of the liquid production
rate for single well. The compatibility of paraffin inhibitor and
the crude oil in Chuanzhong oil -gas field is good. So the
paraffin inhibitor adapts to carry through the mine test in the
Chuanzhong oil-gas field completely.
