摘要
结合实例介绍了应用数理统计进行钻头优选与评价的基本原理与步骤,该方法是通过哈
得熏区块的大量钻井施工实践及钻头资料统计数据,利用数理统计原理构造合适的统计,选择适当的置
信度,在钻井工程设计中对钻头类型及型号进行优选,预测钻头可能达到的使用指标,同时对钻头的使
用效果进行分析与评价。利用这种统计学与实践经验相结合进行钻头选型的方法,可以达到提高机械钻
速、减少井下钻头事故、降低钻井成本的目的。
Abstract
This paper uses examples to introduce the method of using
mathematical statistics to optimize bits and comment on the effects of
use. This method uses quantitative data of hadexun’s drilling
practice and bits data, and uses mathematical statistics theory to
build appropriate statistic and choose right confidence and optimize
bits styles and models in the drilling design and forecast the targets
that the bits can achieve. Simultaneously it analyses and appraises
the effect of the bits. Using this bits optimization of statistics together
with practical experience, it increases drilling speed and decreases
bit accidents at the bottom and reduces drilling cost.
