实体膨胀管套管补贴技术在多井段套损井中的应用

东辛油区套损井逐年增多，储量、产能损失大，常规套管修复技术难以满足矿场实际需要。
应用实体膨胀管套管补贴技术解决了多井段套损漏失导致油水井不能正常生产的矛盾，取得较好效果。截至目前，共在东辛油区不同类型区块的5 口多井段套损漏失井上应用该技术，成功率100%，有效率
100%，最长有效期已超过200 d。油井累积增产油量4 314.6 t，恢复产能40.12 t·d^-1，恢复可采储量8.0 ×10⁴ t;水井累积增注水量50 281.0 m³,恢复注水能力368 m³·d-1，水驱储量（10.0 ~15.0）×10⁴ t。

Directed to the conflict that casing damage wells are more and
reserves and producibility is seriously lost as well as common casing
repaired technology don’t satisfied the need of mineral field,
Dongxin field uses solid expandable tubular casing patch technology
to solve the conflict with casing leak leading to unable production. It
obtains good result. Up to now, it has been applied to 5 well in
different type fault block of Dongxin oilfield. From among of them:
oil well 2, water well 3, successful ratio 100%,effective ratio 100%,
the longest effective term had exceeded 200 day. Production oils for
the whole years add up to 4314.6t, restoring producibility 40.12t/d
and producible reserve 5.0×10^4－8.0×10⁴t, increasing water volume
50281.0m³,restored injection ability 368.0m³/d,restoring water
drive and 10.0×10⁴－15.0×10⁴t.
