介绍了一种高效解堵洗油剂的研制,考察了反应物浓度、碱液浓度、表面活性剂等因素对
有关性能的影响。解堵洗油剂洗油效率可达90%以上,0.1%水溶液表面张力达20 mN·m-1,具有良好的
洗油能力和溶解胶质、沥青质的能力,能有效降低油水界面张力。该解堵洗油剂主要用于油井吞吐,现场
试验表明可大幅度提高油井产能,是一种性能优良、价格低廉的解堵洗油剂。
This paper introduced one kind of dynamical reservoir
blockage relieving oil displacement agent’s development and the
result of the reservoir blockage relieving experiment in JinLin
Oilfield. In the process of the development,we canvassed the
influence of interactant’s concentration, alkali liquar’s concentration
and the surfactant on the property of this compound. This kind of
reservoir blockage relieving oil displacement agent displacement
efficiency reached more than 90%, the 0.1% concentration of its
watery solution surface tension came to 20mN/m, it has excellent
ability of displacement efficency, dissolved gum and asphaltine.This
compound was applied to oil well stimulation.This reservoir blockage
relieving oil displacement agent can enhance the productivity of the
oil well and it has fineness of property and low cost.
