通过对港西油田的防砂技术研究,防砂工艺有了很大发展,特别是砾石充填筛管防砂技术
已经非常成熟,成为了港西油田防砂的主要技术,但是随着防砂井的生产,油井逐渐显露出供液不足,油
层堵塞的问题,影响了油井的产量。通过对砾石充填割缝管防砂技术的关键技术进行深化研究,对充填
砾石的选择、割缝管、携砂液的参数指标进行了改进和完善,大大改善了油井的渗流能力,延长了油井的
高产时间,提高了港西油田的防砂效果,改善了港西油田的开发水平。
Gangxi Oilfield in Dagang is an old one which takes Nm and
Ng as major oil reservoirs, and development scheme mainly depends
on waterflooding. Sand production and unconsolidated cementation
formation have resulted in oil wells sanding jamming, off production,
casing deformation and effect seriously on normal production,
production efficiency lowing and productive costs increasing. After
sand control technologies have been researched, the technologies
have been made great development, but as sand control wells
producing, both reservoir plugging and fluid feeding inadequacy
have been appeared and effected on production output . During
2001-2002, the key part of slotted liner gravel packing sand control
technology was deeply researched, improving the selection of gravel
packing, slotted liner parameter of sand carrier. The permeability of
oil well havs been improved enormously, high yield period was
prolonged, the efficiency of sand control has been made better and
the development conditions have been improved.
