地面驱动螺杆泵井工况诊断新方法

为了对地面驱动螺杆泵井的工况有一个系统的诊断与评价，划分了螺杆泵井的工况类型，
以光杆扭矩和轴向力2 个参数作为诊断的基本条件，划分了其合理区间，建立了螺杆泵井系统诊断模
型，通过常规测试与专用测试手段相结合的方法，获取了螺杆泵井的各项运行参数，运用诊断软件对螺
杆泵井的运行状况做出了评价。诊断结果表明，该方法测试数据操作方便、快捷，可不停机进行测试诊
断，具有较高的准确度。

In order to diagnose and evaluate the behavior of progressive
cavity pump wells systematically, this paper divides the behavior
types of progressive cavity pump wells. The reasonable intervals are
divided with polish rod torque and axial force as basic condition.
This paper also establishes the system diagnostics model of
progressive cavity pump wells. Various operation parameters are
acquired by conventional tests and special tests. In addition, the
operation state of progressive cavity pump wells is evaluated by the
diagnostic program. The result shows that the method is simply and
quick and it can test and diagnose on line and has higher accuracy.
