水包油钻井液国内研究应用进展

Research and Application of Oil- in-Water Drilling Fluids System

对目前适合于深井欠平衡钻井作业的3类钻井液体系进行综合分析, 从抗油、抗
水侵能力、成本等角度出发, 得出使用水包油钻井液体系最为合适, 其配制方法简单, 不需配备
复杂设备, 抗温能力强, 流动性好, 滤失量低, 稳定井壁能力较强, 抗水油侵能力强, 润滑作用
好, 对储层伤害小, 不影响电测和核磁测井, 对环境污染小。文中对水包油钻井液体系的应用
范围和基本组成, 其乳状液的稳定机理, 以及该体系的乳化剂使用特点进行了介绍, 论述了近
年来国内对该钻井液体系的研究应用现状, 简要阐述了其可能的发展趋势。
Through comprehensive ana lys is o f three types of drilling
flu ids that a re fit for the underba lenced drilling in deep we l,l
the conclusion is abta ined that o i-l in-w ate r dr illing flu ids is
the best appropr iate system from the capac ity of an t-i o il and
ant-i wa ter cut and cost. It has the fo llow ing advantag es, tha t is
easy to form ulate and doesn􀀁 t need com plicated equ ipm ent,
the capacity o f temperature resistance is bette r, the flow ab ility
is good, the filter loss is sm a ll w ith a good boreho le w all
stability, the capability o f ant-i o il and ant-i wa ter cut is strong,
the lubr ic ity is better w ith little dam age to pay zone, no
influence to the e lectric log and nuclearm agnetic log and has
sm a ll po llution to the env ironm ent. Th is paper a lso introduced
the app lication range and basic constituents o f the system of
o i-l in-w ater drilling flu ids, the stab ility mechan ism of the
emu lsion and the applied fea tures of the emu ls ifier. It also
d iscussed the dom estic applica tion condition o f the system in
the last few years and exp lained its po ssib le deve lopm ent
trend.
