气驱起泡剂综合性能评价

Comprehensive Assessment on Foaming Agent Performance for Gas F looding

首先对2种起泡剂的发泡性、稳定性、抗盐性、抗温性、抗油性等静态性能进行了
测试评价, 并优选了起泡剂的最佳使用浓度。然后, 针对氮气/水交替注入和氮气/起泡剂水溶
液交替注入2种方式, 在岩心中对起泡剂的发泡能力及封堵性能进行了评价实验。最后, 从改
善驱油效率的角度对起泡剂进行了评价。综合评价结果认为, B号起泡剂溶液在岩心中的封
堵能力大于A号起泡剂溶液。B号起泡剂溶液与氮气交替注入的方式在岩心产生的阻力因子
呈波浪增加这一特点, 可能在一定程度上能够克服气水交替过程中注入能力降低的问题, 对改
善油藏的注入能力是有利的。从驱油效率看, B 号起泡剂比A 号起泡剂提高原油采收率幅度
更大, 降低残余油饱和度幅度更大, 更适合该油藏的气驱过程。
Th is paper conducted the experim ent study assessm ent
on foam stab ility under cond itions o f va rious concen tra tion o f
foam ing agents, sa linity, tem pe ratures and the am ount of o i.l
The usab le concen tra tion o f foam ing agents is optim ized. Fo r
two m odes of w ater alternate gas and foam ing ag ent so lution
alterna te gas, experim ent assessm ent on stab ility and b lo ckag e
o f foam in co re is ca rried out. The resu lts show that them ode
o f foam ing agen t so lution a lternate gas can produce stab le
foam s and its relevan t resistance factor is g rea ter than tha t o f
w ater a lternate gas in core. As a resu lt, foam ing ag ent so lution
alterna te gas can b lock the layer o f h igh wa ter cut w ith larg e
perm eab ility in g as flooding process for the rese rvo irw ith h igh
w ater cut and adjust w ater in jection pro file or gas in jection
profile and improve effect o f gas flood ing. The com prehensiv e
resu lts a lso show that the capability of blockage of the B
foam ing agent is better than that of the A fo am ing ag ent. The
res istance facto r produced by the B fo am ing agen t in core
appears a w avy increase, wh ich m ay be useful for improv ing
the injectiv ity in the pro cess o f w ate r alterna te gas to som e
ex tent. In the respect of o il displacem en t effic iency, the B
foam ing agent can increase o il recoverym ore and decrease the
res idua l o il satura tion m ore than that o f the A foam ing agent.
Therefore, A foam ing ag ent is mo re su itab le for the gas
flooding.
