高效絮凝剂在处理辽河油田采油污水中的实验研究

Experiment Study on High Efficiency Flocculat ing Agent for Treating Oil R ecovery Sewage in Liaohe

针对辽河油田的稠油污水, 用氧化还原引发剂将丙烯酰胺( AM)、丙烯酰氧乙基
三甲基氯化铵( DAC)、丙烯酸( AA )、N, N - 二甲基丙烯酰胺( DMAM )在水溶液中共聚合得到
两亲离子型高分子絮凝剂P( AM /DAC /AA /DMAM)。在加量为5mg /L时, 除悬浮物率和除油
率分别可以达到6451%和81ボ5% 。与其它各种絮凝剂相比, P( AM /DAC /AA /DMAM )有更
好的处理效果, 和无机絮凝剂复配使用时, 处理效果更加理想, P (AM /DAC /AA /DMAM )是一
种性能比较优良的高分子絮凝剂。

Fo r treating the heavy o il sew age in L iaohe o ilfie ld,
copo lym er P ( AM /DAC /AA /DMAM ) is synthesized by
copo lym er ization o f acrylam ide, acry loy l oxy-ethyl tr ime thy l
amm onium ch lor ide, cry lic ac id, N, N-d im ethyacry lam ide at
the presence of ox idation-reduc tion in itia ting agen t in aqueous
so lution. The perform ance o f the copo lym er is be tter than
o ther floccu lating agents in the sam e expe rim en t cond itions.
64. 51% and 80. 1% o f suspension-rem ov ing ratio and o i-l
remov ing ratio are observed when the dosage of the copo lym er
is 5mg /L. M ore ex cellent perform ance is m a inta ined when
confected w ith inorgan ic flo cculating agen ts.
