摘要

由于大量新滩稠油进入孤东四号联合站处理, 原油物性发生变化, 且采出液进站

温度降低10 左右, 原用破乳剂MPR - 2破乳脱水效果不佳, 造成原油沉降脱水困难, 外输原

油含水严重超标。针对上述问题, 合成了SLDE - 01破乳剂, 室内评价表明, SLDE- 01破乳剂

是一种油溶性低温高效破乳剂, 在脱水率、脱水速度、油水界面等指标上均明显优于现场使用

的MPR - 2破乳剂。现场试验表明, SLDE - 01破乳剂对孤东四号联合站原油的破乳沉降脱水

效果显著, 加药量由250 kg /d降至200 kg /d, 外输油含水基本在10%左右, 满足了现场要求,

解决了孤东四号联合站原油脱水的难题, 并且年节约资金7938万元。

Abstract

A s a result of X intan v iscous crude imported and
tem pera ture reduced to 10􀀁 , M PR-2 demu ls ifier is not
com fortable fo r th is situation. So SLDE-01 dem ulsifier is
syn thesized in this paper. It is a new high effic iency and oil
so lub le demu lsifier at low tem perature and is superior to
M PR-2 in dehydration ra te, dem ulsify ing rate and separated
w ater qua lity are shown in labo ra to ry com para tive evalua ting
experim ents. In the fie ld test, SLDE-01 dem ulsifie r has a good
effect in dehydra tion of crude o il in Gudong fouth station.
W hen 250kg / d decreases to 200kg / d, and the o il conta ins
w ater fo r fo rth transporta tion be low abou t 10%, it accords to
need fo r field and 7, 938, 000 yuan could be saved.
