摘要
根据油气层的生产特点, 研究设计了无污染洗井管柱, 既解决了抽油井在生产过
程中对敏感性油气层产生的伤害问题, 又提高了低产低能抽油井的热洗效果。从工艺的角度
出发, 结合生产实际情况, 较好地保护了油气层, 从根本上避免了洗井液与油气层的接触, 减少
了洗井液对油层造成的污染, 延长了检泵周期, 降低了生产成本, 缩短了抽油井热洗后的排液
时间, 提高了生产时效和采油速度。
Abstract
A ccording to the production characteristics of the oil gasbearing fo rm ation, th is paper des igns and m anu factu res feasib le w ash ing pipe str ing wh ich is in charge o f the post po llution- freely. It has so lved the injury problem that the o il w e ll produces to the sensitiveness o il gas-bearing fo rm ation in process o f production of sm oking, improved re lease heat o f o il w e llw ash. It produced actual conditions bette r pro tection o il gas-bear ing form a tion to com bine to pro ceed from ang le o f the cra ft, have avo ided w ash ing the w e ll liquid and contac t of the o il gas-bearing form ation fundam enta lly, has reduced the po llution to the thing tha t the o il reservo ir causes o f the w ell liqu id of w ashing, lengthened exam ine pum p cy cle, reduced production cost, sho rtened re lease o il we ll ho t arrang ing liquid tim e afterw ashing, improved production effic iency and the o il recovery rate.
