针对水网地区注水井洗井液外排污染环境、固定式洗井流程网投资大、洗井能耗
高等问题, 进行了注水井活动洗井技术的研究与应用, 对传统的注水井洗井污水排放泥浆池的
洗井液回收流程进行了改进, 形成了一套完整的具有水网地区油田特色的注水井活动洗井技
术, 使洗井污水处理回收效果得到了明显地改善, 实现了污油、污水不落地, 达到了节约资源、
保护环境的目的。

In w ater area, wasterw aterw ould po llute the env ironm ent
to discha rge the flushing flu id of the w ater injector. The cost
o f the fixed w el-l flushing flow shee t is g rea t and the energy
cost is b ig. Th is pape r stud ies them ov ing wa ter injector w el-l
flushing technique. Through the improvem ent on the
trad itional flush ing flu id rece iv ing flow sheet of waste wa ter
d ischargem ud p it, a new m ov ing w ater injector w e l-l flush ing
technique used to w ater o il a rea is form ed. It im proves the
w e l-l flush ing waste w ater rece iv ing result, and the w aste oil
and w ater wouldn􀀁 t fall on earth. Th is technique can􀀁 t on ly
save resou rce, but a lso protect the env ironm ent.
