华东分公司小油田30年来一直从事油气滚动勘探开发, 采油工艺技术应用比较
落后, 2004在高含蜡井成功地应用了螺杆泵采油工艺新技术。在概括螺杆泵采油系统特点的
基础上, 详细介绍了在苏205B 高含蜡井和北汉庄油田稠油井的应用。应用螺杆泵采油, 既降
本增效, 又提高了原油产量。2005年在完善其配套工艺技术的同时, 不仅扩大了生产井的应
用范围, 也延长了油井修井周期。
Abstract
Ro lling explo ra tion and deve lopm ent m ethod has been used in sma ll oilfie lds of H uadong Com pany of SINOPEC fo r 30 years. It fe ll beh ind for H uadong Com pany to use oil recovery techn ique. W e lls w ith h igh wax content adopted oil recovery techn ique by screw pump successfully in 2004. Based on overv iew ing the feature o f production system fo r screw pum p, the app lication in high-w ax we ll Su 205B and the w e lls o f Be ihanzhuang heavy crude o ilfie ld w ere introduced in deta i.l Then the costs low ered, the e ffic iency im proved and the crude output inc reased. A fter its supporting technique has been im proved in 2005, it w as used in mo re w e lls and the w orkover cycle tim e w as pro longed.
