渤南低渗油田注水井欠注层伤害机理研究

Study of Damage Mechanism of Under injected Formations in Water-Injecting W e lls of Low-Permeability Reservoirs in Bonan Oilfield

渤南油田五区沙三段九砂组油藏属中等水敏性和速敏性的地层; 油藏为轻质
油 稀油油藏, 原油具有低密度、低粘度和高凝固点等特点, 组分含硫量低; 地层水总矿化度较
高, 水型为N aHCO3型。研究了渤南油田注水井伤害机理, 从地层特性、注入水水质、悬浮物堵
塞、游离油和乳化油滴、结垢、细菌及以往增产措施等方面评价了可能对储层造成的损坏及损
坏程度。渤南油田地层的水敏性、速敏性和低渗透性是注水井损害的内在因素, 注水井中悬浮
固相颗粒、含油量和细菌严重超标, 水质不合格是注水井损害的外在因素; 注入水中悬浮固相
颗粒和油的含量高, 易形成盐酸不溶垢和有机垢; 细菌和油质的共同作用增加管路的腐蚀, 形
成铁垢, 逐渐降低地层的渗透率, 严重时堵塞地层。

The n inth member o f the S3 sec tion in B lock F ive of
Bonan o ilfield is cha racte rized by the m ode rate wa ter
sensitiv ity and ve lo city sens itiv ity. The crude o il is
characterized by low dens ity, low v iscos ity and h igh free zing
po int. Its component is low sulfur- conta in ing. The tota l
sa lin ity of the fo rm ation w ater is com pa rably h igh, average ly
11, 100-19, 900mg /L, and the type is NaH CO3. This paper
presents a study on them echan ism of thew ater- in jec ting we lls
and assesses the possibility and the dam age deg ree in m any
aspects, in wh ich includes the form ation cha racter istics of
BoN an o ilfie ld, the in jected wa ter qua lity, the suspended
substance plugg ing, the free o i,l and the em ulsified o il drop,
the scaling and bacter ia etc. The inte rnal facto rs o f the wa terinjecting
we ll dam age are the w ater sensetiv ity and veloc ity
sensitiv ity and the low perm eab ility. The wa ter qua lity
d isqua lification is the externa l factors. The injection w ater is
inc lined to sca le. The corrosion o f the in jection wa ter
provokes the genera tion o f the iron sca le, reduc ing the
form ation perm eability and even block ing the form ation if
ser ious.
