高温、高压凝析气井井筒动态分析新方法

在总结常规方法的基础上, 分流态综合利用垂直管流公式, 根据井筒内气液比高
低将凝析气井井筒动态分析分为高气液比和低气液比2种情况, 结合气 液两相、气 液 液
三相流体相平衡热力学闪蒸计算, 运用状态方程模拟, 对其中的偏差因子、气液界面张力、粘度
等进行修正, 这样考虑了多相流体复杂相态变化的井筒动态预测方法就比常规方法更适用于
凝析气井, 特别是对于高温、高压富含气态凝析水的凝析气井, 能得到更为精确的预测结果。
根据给出的凝析气井井筒动态预测模型在数值求解的基础上, 编制了相应的计算程序, 可准确
预测不同时期凝析气井的井筒动态, 改善数值模拟一体化动态分析效果。

The we llbore perform ance ana ly sis of the condensate gas
w e lls mostly uses them odification m ethod o f sing le-phase gas
w e ll noda l ana lys is, wh ich ignores the chang e in phase
behav io r and the composition o fw e llbore. Espec ia lly the we lls
w ith rich condensate g as, because the change o f temperature
and pressu re is very obv ious, we m ust cons ider the phase
behav io r in the w ellbore. On the basis o f the conventiona l
w ays, this paper d id the job as fo llow s: by the use of the
form ula in vertical p ipe, accord ing to GLR, div id ing the
analysis m ethod into tw o cases, com bining the flash
ca lcu la tion and EOS, am end ing the com pressib ility factor,
gas- liquid superfic ial tension, v iscosity and so on. Then the
m ethod of the cons idering phase behav io r is m ore appropr iate
to the condensate gas w ells. On the basis of them e thod and
ca lcu la tion m ode l presented by this paper, w e had developed
the corresponded computer program s us ing VB compu ter
language and access data base. By the use o f th is so ftw are
package, w e can accurate ly pred ict the w ellbo re perfo rmance
o f condensate gas w ells in d ifferent tim es, and meanwh ile,
im prov ing the ana ly sis result o f num er ica l simu lation.
