摘要

固2井的盐膏层纯度高, 蠕动能力强, 钻进过程中出现憋跳钻、接单根挂卡、起下

钻遇阻、遇卡等各种复杂情况, 盐膏层蠕变和挤压也会造成套管下入困难, 甚至挤毁套管, 因此

含膏盐层段的固井质量是下一步作业和完井的关键。通过分析该井存在的固井难点, 进行了

固井套管串结构、水泥浆液柱结构优化及双级箍选型, 应用性能优良的盐水水泥浆体系, 提高

了盐膏层段固井质量。

Abstract

The purity o f the gypsum bed inW e ll Gu2 is h igh and
the creep ability is strong. A ll kinds of drilling troub les eas ily
happened in the process of drilling . The creep and ex trus ion
o f the gypsum beds w ou ld cause the cas ing to run d ifficu ltly,
even the casing w as co llapsed. So the cem ent qua lity is the
key of the nex t we ll opera tion and com pletion for the gypsum
beds. The cem enting of the gypsum beds inW ellGu2 is very
d ifficu lt. By choosing the cem enting string structure and the
cem ent slurry liquid co lum n and the type of double􀀁stag e
co llar, app ly ing the sa lt􀀁wa ter sy stem in wh ich the property is
good, the cement quality w as im proved. The successful use of
the double􀀁stage co llar cem enting techn ique prov ides the good
experience fo r the sam e cem enting in future.
