摘要
油层套管开窗侧钻是老油田盘活报废井、提高采收率的重要手段。其技术关键
是主抓两头保中间, 两头珜镓眼开窗及固井质量, 中间珜以井眼轨迹控制为主的裸眼
钻进。这也是加快侧钻井速度、提高技术水平的重点攻关内容。针对目前套管开窗井技术现
状, 广泛收集有关资料和先进经验, 在钻头优选、固井质量、开窗工具等方面提出了一系列攻关
研究的着重点, 对施工瓶颈技术提出了建设性意见, 以供广大钻井工作者参考。

Abstract
The techno logy o f the w indow cutting in the production cas ing and the sidetrack ing is an im po rtant me thod fo r reus ing the abandon w ells and im prov ing recovery ratio. Th is techno logy has been perform ed for near half a century in abroad. It a lso is ten years long in our country. The keyno te is to ca tch the two ends and keep the m idd le . The tw o endsmeans thew indow cutting in casing and cem enting qua lity. The m idd le m eans bare ho le drilling w ith the contro l of ho le track. Th is is a lso ourma in w ork fo r improv ing sidetrack speed and techno logy leve .l A cco rding to the actua lity o f the technology of the w indow cutting in casing, this a rtic le co llects the relevant inform ation and the advanced experiences, and m ake lots of adv ices inc luding optim ized b it, cement quality, w indow cu tting too l and key practice technique for refe rence to a ll dr illing wo rkers.
