普光3井上部地层属于高陡构造, 地层倾角大, 极易发生井斜, 地层可钻性差, 憋
跳钻严重, 防斜打直是上部地层施工的难点。该井在施工过程中应用了钟摆钻具组合、大尺寸
钻铤组成的塔式钻具组合和螺杆钻具组合。应用效果表明, 钟摆钻具组合在表层钻进时, 防斜
打直要求钻压很小, 因此制约了钻井速度; 大尺寸钻铤塔式钻具组合防斜效果较好, 匹配合适
的钻井参数并优选钻头, 则能有效提高钻井速度; 螺杆扭方位钻具组合是一种较积极的防斜打
直措施, 有必要进一步探索。

The upside stratum ofW e ll Puguang 3 be long s to high ly
steep struc ture, and its ob liquity is b ig, wh ich tends to
boreho le dev iation. The dr illability o f the stratum is poor,
and the b it jump ing is severe. Preventing boreho le dev ia tion
and driv ing vertical we ll of the upside stratum are the d ifficult
po ints o f the constructions. During the construction, the
pendu lum assemb ly, the tower type m ake􀀁up o f str ing
composed o f heavy gauge dr ill co llars and the assemb ly o f
he lico id hydraulic mo tor we re app lied in the w e l.l The
application e ffects show ed that the sm a ll bit pressure w as
requ ired to prevent boreho le dev iation and dr ive the vertica l
w e ll w hen pendu lum m ake􀀁up o f str ing w as drilled in the
surface laye r, wh ich restricted drilling speed; towe r type
m ake􀀁up o f string com po sed of heavy gauge drill co llars had a
better effect on preven ting boreho le dev iation, and it could
effectively im prove the dr illing speed when m atch ing w ith the
suitable drilling pa ram e ters and selecting the drilling b its;
upper screw to rque m ake􀀁up o f str ing was a m ore activ e
m easurem ent o f preventing bo reho le dev iation and driv ing
ve rtica lw ellw hich is necessary to be furthe r explored.
