Research on Plugging Agent of AMPS Crosslinking System

利用耐温耐盐聚合物AMPS开展交联体系堵水剂研究, 对比常规聚丙烯酰胺进
行交联试验, 选定AMPS /酚醛树脂交联体系进行配方优选。探讨温度、矿化度、pH 值、除氧剂
加量等各因素对交联体系性能的影响, 进行了油井封堵性能评价。其中温度考察达到120 ,
矿化度考察达到200 g /L, 结果表明, 与聚丙烯酰胺相比AMPS交联体系具有更好的耐温耐盐
性, 其中AMPS酚醛树脂交联体系pH 值适用范围广, 封堵率大和稳定性好, 90 累积考察16
d封堵率基本不受温度、矿化度影响, 可应用于高温高盐条件下油井堵水。

The study of the w ater p lugg ing ag ent is carried out on
the crosslink ing system of the tem pera ture􀀁resistant and the
sa lt􀀁to lerant po lym erAM PS. The system is com pa red w ith the
trad itional H PAM crosslink ing system. The optimumform ulation is obta ined from AM PS /pheno-l forma ldehyde
res ins crosslink ing sy stem. The e ffect of som e factors on the
perform ance o f crosslink ing system is discussed, such as
tem pera ture, sa linity and oxygen scavenger, the m ax
tem pera ture reach ing 120􀀁 and the m ax sa lin ity reach ing 200
thousand m g per liter The plugg ing per fo rm ance is also
eva luated. The resu lt shows that AM PS-cro sslink ing sy stem
has w ide adaptive pH rang e, qu ite h igh sealing e fficiency and
good stability. A fter the successive inspec tion of 16 day s,
p lugg ing perform ance is not a ffected by the tem pe ra ture and
the salin ity under 90􀀁 , which can be used fo r the h igh
tem pera ture and h igh sa linity w ells.
