燃气式超正压射孔技术在胡庆油田的应用

燃气式超正压射孔就是在射孔前, 用火药燃烧气体, 在目的层形成高压, 然后打
开油气流入井筒通道的一种射孔工艺。和普通射孔相比, 它不仅能够打开油气流入井筒通道,
而且能够降低近井地带压力损耗和表皮因子, 具有压裂和射孔双重功能的新特点。针对燃气
式超正压射孔的特点和胡庆油田的地质状况, 2002-2004年, 在胡庆油田有针对性地选取相
适应的低渗、低压油藏实施35井次, 平均单井日增原油3.6 ,t 累增原油368.6 ,t 取得了显著的
经济效益。实践证明, 在低渗、低压油藏实施燃气式超正压射孔具有重要的现实意义。

Combustion-gas ultrapositive-pressure perfo rating is a k ind
o f new perforating technique. Before perforating, the gas is
burnt w ith gunpowder, then the target bed generates high
pressure, o il and gas are opened to flow in wellbo re. In contrast
w ith the general perfo rating, the techno logy is characteristic o f
fracturing and perforating functions. Not on ly o il and gas can be
opened to flow in we llbore, but a lso the pressure loss in
mi m ediate v icin ity of the we llbore and the skin facto r can
decrease. From 2002 to 2004, in the light of the characters and
the geo log ic conditions o f the Huqing Oilfield, 35 w ells
belong ing to low permeab ility and low pressure reservo ir are
selected to bring into effec.t After them easures, we have ga ined
rem arkable econom ic benefits, such as the average sing le-we ll
production increase o f 3. 6 tons and cumu lative production 368. 6
tons. The practice has proved that the techn ique has mi portant
sign ificance practica lly in the low perm eability and the low
pressure reservo irs.
