川西马井气田JP3 气藏压裂改造技术及应用

Study and Application of Fracturing Technology in the JP3 Reservoir of Majing Gas Field in West Sichuan

针对川西地区马井气田JP3 气藏渗透率低、埋藏深、地层压力高、砂体厚度小等
储层特征, 通过对压裂液配方中稠化剂、交联剂及破胶剂的优选、压裂施工工艺技术以及裂缝
强制闭合技术的研究等技术措施, 提高了马井气田JP3 气藏储层压裂改造的有效率。现场应
用于7口井、10个层的加砂压裂改造, 施工成功率100% , 改造有效率100%, 单井压裂改造后
平均获得天然气无阻流量为10.92×104 m3 /d, 累积获得天然气无阻流量76.44×104m3 /d, 增
产倍比及投入产出比显著, 获得了良好的经济效益, 为提高川西地区的天然气产量做出了积极
的贡献。

Frac tur ing treatment is d ifficult in the JP3 reservo ir of the
M a jing gas fie ld for its low perm eab ility, deeply-bur ied
reservo ir, h igh pressure and th in reservo ir th ickness. The
fracturing e ffectiveness has been im proved in the JP3 reservo ir
o f the M a jing gas fie ld by optim izing v isco fier, cross- link ing
agent and ge l breake r in fracture fliud fo rmu la, fractur ing
treatment technology and fo rced c losure. These hav e been
applied in the ten pays of seven w ells, and the effic iency and
treatment rate are a ll 100%. The average sing lew e llAOF and
tota lAOF are respective ly 109. 198 thousand cub icm ete rs per
day and 764. 385 thousand cub ic m eters per day after
fracturing. The input-output ra tio is very c lea r, show ing good
econom ic bene fit, increasing the natura l gas outpu t of W est
S ichuan reg ion.
