潜油电泵高效油气分离的验证与试验

Experiment and Testing of ESP: s H igh-Eff iciency Oi-l Gas Separating

针对油气分离器在高油气比油井分离效果差的现状, 建立了一套完整的油气分
离室内实验台架, 进行了2种分离器的分离效果验证, 并对其分离内部结构进行分析, 设计出
新型高效分离器, 采用双级诱导轮结构设计, 增加一级分离轮, 同时采用叶轮和导流轮增压导
轮结构, 使其分离效果增强。在气液比高的油井环境应用中, 使其在泵入口处应用的气液环境
由原来的气液比0.3 m3/ t提高到0.6 m3/t, 就其整体分离效果而言, 在气液比0.6 m3/ t环境
下的分离率由原来的75% 提高到95% 。现场应用的前后效果对比表明, 油气分离效果好, 增
液显著。

A ccording to the poor cond ition o f the h igh o i-l gas ratio
in o il w e lls, a set o f o i-l g as separating lab instrum ents are
built and tw o types o f sepa rato rs􀀁 separating e ffects are
tested. A new h igh effic ient separator is des igned after
analyzing the inner struc ture o f the separator. Design ing
double class structu re, add ing one c lass separa tion round,
adopting im pe ller and the structure o f h igh pressure resisted
round, a ll of these aspec ts result in a h igh separating effect.
The application of the o il w e ll env ironm ent a t the h igh gasliqu
id ratio m akes the ratio increase from the o rig ina l GLR
0. 3 cubicm e ter per ton to GLR 0. 6 cubicm eter per ton. The
w ho le separa tion effec t under the env ironment o f GLR 0. 6 is
im proved from the or ig ina l 75% to 95%. The result is very
good after compar ing the e ffects.
