Based on interv iew of backg round fo r or ig in of integrativ e
w ork ing patte rn of exploration and exp lo itation, the paper
d iscussed som e essential concep tions and fea tures o f th is kind
o f m anagem ent, and ana lyzed key factors a ffecting the
integ ra tive wo rk ing pattern. It is po inted out tha t the
integ ra tive wo rking patte rn o f explo ra tion and explo itation is a
new o il - gas produc tion m anagem ent sty le to rea lize the
m ax im um bene fit of inv estm ent, and it is a lso the interna l
requ irem ent of investm ent m anagement for o il - gas
production. To comb ine w ith d iffe rent know ledge dom ain is
dynam ically he lpful to advance theory and techno logy fo r
exploration and explo ita tion, and to increase com pos ite
bene fit o f investm ent.
