Research on Micromodel of Computer Simulation during Well Cementation

在注水泥施工过程中, 合理控制井下各种参数的变化, 对保证注水泥顶替质量是
非常重要的。通过对注水泥动态过程的分析研究, 建立了描述这一动态过程的模拟模式, 在此
基础上开发了注水泥动态过程计算机模拟与辅助设计软件, 从而为指导固井施工和设计提供
有力的支持工具和手段。通过数口井的现场验证, 模拟结果与实测值的相符程度很高。
Som e d ifficulties are m et in prac tice when apply ing
tnumerical s imu 、la tion m ethod to o il - gas eng ineer ing in
comp lex boundary cond itions. It is very im portant to adopt
ra tiona l techniques to contro l var ious param ete rs and to ensure
d isp lacement qua lity during cem enting. So it is feasib le
replac ing straigh t beam un its by bent beam un its to reduce
computation tim e w hen do ing the m echanics ana ly sis o f drill
stem w ith b igger curvature. The deve lopm ent of the so ftw are
prov ides a power fu l supporting too l and m eans fo r mak ing
cem enting des ign and gu iding the cem enting operation.
